Last week, the 7th Grade History Department had guest speaker Dr. Angela Adams from UCA come and speak to their students about National History Day. National History Day is a competition where students present research on a theme. This year's theme is "Turning Points in History."

They kicked off the unit with an investigation that measures the change in temperature using two different types of lighting, a fancy cup, a regular cup, ice, and water.
